Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every consultation is a personalized, one-on-one experience where time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment slots cannot be recovered once booked, all payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If your plans change, you may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost by providing at least 24 hours' notice. We'll gladly work with you to find another convenient time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without prior notice, may result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at our discretion.
Your Satisfaction
If you feel your consultation did not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We're happy to discuss your concerns and, where appropriate, provide additional guidance or a follow-up session.
These policies allow us to dedicate our full attention and energy to every client while maintaining a fair booking schedule.
Dispute Resolution
We value open communication and are committed to resolving concerns fairly and respectfully. If you have a concern regarding a consultation or service, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your session so we can work together toward a resolution.
Good Faith Resolution
We will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate concerns promptly and in good faith through direct communication before pursuing any formal action.
If a Resolution Cannot Be Reached
If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or small claims court, where applicable, in the jurisdiction where the business is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exclusive Venue
By booking a consultation or purchasing a service, both parties agree that these methods will serve as the exclusive means of resolving disputes, and no other court proceedings or legal actions may be initiated except where prohibited by applicable law.
We appreciate your willingness to communicate openly so concerns can be addressed fairly, respectfully, and as efficiently as possible.
